Not theories.
Tools that actually work on an ADHD brain.
The tools below don't replace treatment, therapy, or a diagnosis. They're daily companions, designed around how an ADHD brain actually works, not around some theoretical productivity ideal.
Each tool cites its sources (Barkley on time blindness, Cirillo on Pomodoro, Hallowell and Ratey on ADHD flow). Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is kept. No signup, no email asked for.
ADHD Pomodoro
A variant of Cirillo's Pomodoro with 15, 25, 45 or 60-minute sessions to choose from. Quiet end-of-session chime so the flow doesn't break. Tab title shows the remaining time. Starts in under five seconds, no complicated setup.
ADHD Time Estimator
You enter your neurotypical estimate, the tool applies coefficients (startup difficulty, novelty, stimulation, distraction) plus a Barkley floor of 1.5x your original estimate. Output: adjusted ADHD duration and recommended buffer. Inspired by Barkley's work on time blindness.
Mainstream productivity tools often assume willpower is enough. Enable the notification, set your schedule, hit start, stay disciplined. For an ADHD brain, those assumptions fall flat. Starting is hard regardless of motivation. Perceived time is distorted regardless of how much attention you bring.
The site's tools start from the ADHD reality documented by Barkley, Hallowell, Ratey, and adapt the classic techniques so they have a real shot at working. They're not magic. They're concrete aids, usable right away, free.
